Michael Steele. The guy is a voracious advocate, he's wonderfully articulate and he speaks the language of now, not the language of the white Republican Party.

If nothing else, Steele is a compelling reason as to why minorities should take a long, hard, serious look at what the Republican Party is all about.

I'd expect a lot of good things to come from this and come quickly.
