Democrats again are trying to rehabilitate the Fairness Doctrine, which would re-regulate American broadcast airwaves, which would then kill talk radio and prohibit free speech.

Conservative talk radio is informative and fun. Liberal talk radio is dogma, conspiracy and negativity. No wonder it doesn't get ratings.

You'd think Democrats would be happy with their present ownership of media. The Liberal point of view can be heard daily on the broadcast news networks, on entertainment programs, in feature films, in popular music. Left wing doctrine is available as a veritable feast for the eyes in virtually every major city daily newspaper from coast to coast. Satisfied?

They aren't. They believe some an 'imbalance' must be corrected. And since the Left can't compete in the talk radio arena, so they want to change the rules to stifle the competition. What's fair about that?
