ROCKETS RED GLARE?
The Bush Administration is investigating whether three missiles launched from Jordan today were intended for a US Navy ship. One missile hit an Jordanian Army warehouse, ripping an eight foot hole in the roof and killing a Jordanian soldier. The warehouse was used to store US goods destined for Iraq. A second missile hit near an airport in Israel. Pictured to the left is the U.S.S. Kearsage as it leaves the Jordanian port of Aqaba this morning.
Abdullah Azzam Brigades, a group linked to al Qaeda, took responsibility for the rocket strikes.

After serving in the Navy for twenty years myself, and after the U.S.S. Cole incident, I have been almost holding my breath waiting for the next attack against a U.S. Navy war-warship.
We got lucky - these idiots were just bad aims!
True timmer. But the weapons that they used in this 'attack', have been known for some time to be horribly inacurate. I don't think that it was luck. I think that the people responsible saw an easy way to make headlines, but were too stupid to buy the proper armament.
